Financial Aid for the 2024-2025 School Year
Parish Sponsored Tuition Assistance
Registered parishioners of St. Henry and St. Barbara who qualify for the Active Church Member Tuition Rate are eligible to apply for Parish Sponsored Tuition Assistance. Online applications are accepted from March 1, 2024, through April 30, 2024. Application is not a guarantee that an award will be granted. Qualification for assistance is determined objectively on the basis of financial need (not first-come, first-served, nor is it based on merit). If a financial need is determined to exist, amounts awarded will likely be less than the dollar amount of assistance that may be determined from your application, as we do not have an abundant pool of tuition assistance monies.
If you are not a registered parishioner of St. Henry or St. Barbara or if you do not qualify for the Active Church Member Tuition Rate (assigned to registered parishioners who consistently fulfill their Mass obligations and financially support their parish), please do not apply for parish sponsored tuition assistance, as assistance will not be awarded to you.

George and Mary Kremer Foundation
St. Henry Catholic School is once again applying for a grant from the George and Mary Kremer Foundation, which, if approved, will allow us to provide an alternative source of tuition assistance funding for all families, whether paying tuition at the Standard Tuition Rate or at the Active Church Member Tuition Rate, who meet certain family income limits:
The Kremer Foundation’s maximum family income limit is $60,256 per year for a household size of four (4) or fewer, but has increased by $10,324 for each additional family member over the number of four residing in the household. For example, a family of five (5) has a maximum income limit of $70,580 and a family of six (6) has a maximum income limit of $80,904.
If you meet these income requirements and wish to be considered for a Kremer Foundation Award, please contact the school office for a Parent Application Form by calling 859-342-2551, or emailing Cindy Lageman. The Parent Application Form must be completed and returned to the school office, along with a copy of your 2023 federal income tax return, NO LATER THAN APRIL 30, 2024.
In addition, you must also complete the information required to be entered at FACTS Management, which may be accessed by clicking here. Online FACTS applications will not be accepted until March 1, 2024, and will close on April 30, 2024.
